I did an anti anxiety app and I took a Xanax and it isn't stopping and my chest/heart area hurt and I want it to stop

I was fine before this

I need to sleep

I'm sorry you are dealing with all this stuff now, it will get easier though! you'll adjust and things will go better, you just have to find what works for you
