So I've officially gone a whole month without eating anything with sugar, dairy, flour, or processed food and for the most part, it's been great. However, there are some pros and cons.
memesaurus: I'm not even gonna lie, it's not easy and I have to put a couple hours into food prep and cooking every day. But I feel so much better, so it's totally worth it
I'm so glad it's helping! I felt AMAZING when I was doing the clean eating. Even my ADD was under control. My mind felt so clear and I had energy. I need to get back to it!
I seriously couldn't do this if I had a RL job, I'd just be exhausted. I'm really lucky with the fact that SL work is so flexible and I have the time to prep and cook it all.
I ate this way the first time I got cancer but when it was gone, I got lazy about it and just didn't really care...then it came back, so I definitely feel like eating this way has a huge impact on my health.
If the doctors hadn't of told me that I only had a few years to live, I don't know if I would have had the motivation to do it again, cause oh my god, sometimes I just really want to eat a big bowl of pasta lol
