It feels like they're trying to combine three jobs into one and then pay them intern wages. But maybe that's just me.
yeah no that's ridiculous
BUT CARO ASSISTANT MEANS YOU DO EVERYTHING.
that's like, SEVEN different jobs. Holy shit.
salary "depending on experience." depending on experience
ikr. If they even ballparked the income then maybe but no.
that a thing. is that a real thing. people pay you less to do the same job, the job that you were hired for, because you are qualified for it, because you have """" less experience """"
I asked my mentor and he was like "it sounds like they want an accountant but I guess if they pay enough??"
"salary DOE" how about salary eat my ass
I AM IRRATIONALLY ANGRY ABOUT THIS INJUSTICE
I'm guessing they'll offer something decent but not worth the five jobs
I'm okay with DOE in theory, because like.. people who have been in the industry for 40 years can genuinely offer more than those who have been in it for 2 with the same job? But I feel like it's often abused
the way that the "intern" title is abused to just have an excuse to pay people less.
Yeah, that just sounds incredibly suspicious and exploitative
Like... I get that when you're hiring, to some extent you're always balancing the skills/experience you want and the salary you can afford to pay an employee, but...
this just sounds like "we're going to pay you as little as we can get away with by taking advantage of your inexperience and trying to convince you that you have no leverage or bargaining power"
MAYBE I'M READING TOO MUCH INTO THIS
Hahaha, I had roughly the same interpretation
I had to apply for reasons, but I'm confident I won't get it (and, if offered, will turn it down anyway)
