Hmm. But in what form? I am always confused with Kelpies. Because sometimes they say Kelpies have serpents in their manes, or just water weeds in them.

Some say the hooves are turned backwards, some say they are black but have fins, I am trying to figure out how I'd portray said Kelpie... in felt form, of course. lol

I like the idea of doing the kelipie in horse form with weeds in its mane. ponder ponder
