He gave Justin a ring to take to the jewelers and trade in so Justin could propose.

I got my hopes up, I absolutely KNEW Justin was going to propose on the 20th.

But then when Justin took the ring to a jeweler, it was just a cheap ass $20 Kohl's ring. Not worth anything.

I would assume not. But he's an idiot for not getting his ex-wife's ring appraised in the first place.
