This is why I never purchase games that give you "Early Access" Why should I have to pay to help fix their bugs?

It's like saying "Take my money, and don't fix these issues till launch. bye."

I feel like I only buy them early because we get bribed with exclusive items, which is bullshit

Yeah, it's the early items stuff that usually gets me, although I've stopped buying Early Access games on Steam, the few I have seem to have largely ground to a halt in terms of development.

One thing I do hate is companies like EA charging the full physical copy RRP or more for a digital copy of a game.

In ye olde days I understood paying £30 - 35 for a game b/c it shipped in a huge box with a manual the size of a roof slate.
