Hot sauce. What is the best hot sauce? I like pretty (very? depending on your standards) hot, but with flavor, not JUST hot. And I'm unimpressed with Tabasco.

Tabasco is vinegar based vs brands like Tapatio that are water based. You might like those better since they don't have the vinegar flavor as well.

I got one (I think it was in a taste trunk) that I kinda like (but not nearly hot enough) that doesn't list vinegar but does list acetic acid, so it's still really vinegar.

shakes some Tabasco onto her finger to taste it it's kinda just vinegar and (kinda) hot, without much else in the way of flavor.

I'm no help because I prefer horseradish for my hot fix.

I loves it, 'specially if I'm at all sniffly.
