I think I'd like to try it at a gun range sometime.
nope, they scare the shit out of me
Yes. I've fired many guns. Shooting is actually really fun, as long as it's just at a range.
id love to get into archery tho
archery is fun also, I've done that
Yup! I actually have my own Ruger 9MM that I take to the range sometimes
no, and i doubt I'll ever will
Nope and I wouldn't, even if I got the chance
yup, i have plenty, silencer too! And shot full automatic weapons and a belt fed machine gun (and a 50 cal sniper rifle)
no, and i probably never would, and yes, i agree that archery is very very fun! i would love to do archery again
I've barely even touched a real gun before, but my brother is wanting to get his FID soon, so maybe he'll take me
I used to teach archery... But I can't fire a bow and arrow

I'm double jointed, so my elbow doesn't lock
kesseret: Firearms Identification Card...I think...
shooting a gun is fun, but you have to be aware of everything and know the 4 rules first. Also know range rules, and the one thing, that even got me my first time, is indoor ranges are way louder than outdoor
ooo FIDs, must be for IL or there's a few other states that get those? or is this canada?
yes, Kansas farm kids all grow up with guns
many times, i used to go to the range often as a kid...
Only Airsoft, but I love it.
kesseret: What Nicola said, Massachusetts!
I never have touched a gun and I don't think I ever will
I used to be good at archery. I like that alot.
Guns, bows, cannons, siege weapons, you name it
No, once I went to a range but then I chickened out and just watched
Subversive . I was scared that I would fuck up and accidentally shoot someone in the face by being spazzy and careless like I am
ahh MA, MA and IL the two favorite states
Yup, don't like guns - too loud.
also the only reason I didn't fire a cannon is because pulling a string from 10 feet away is easy, I was next to it though
But fired shotguns, wwII heavy rifles, small pistols [which bite my hands]...
guns are pretty much a way of life here, by age 6 most of my family has been given the fundamentals of weaponry.
I wish that you were nearby, I'd take you to my range and let you try ALL the guns. you could try rifles, AR-15s, AK-47s, pistols - both mouse guns and 1911 style
No. I want to though. I just stick with archery
I'm pretty sure I have tinnitus from firing heavy weapons
we used to have a little double barreled derringer, 410. Also a clay launcher, so you can shoot clays!
kesseret: LOL I highly doubt I'd be good enough to actually hit anything flying around though
ScarletCSkylaC: you'd be surprised. my first time shooting was a fully automatic machine gun, I did real well, course the target was 15 feet away. But the reality is if you point the gun and don't let the
recoil flip your hand you'll do great - like pitching in softball it's mostly follow through
though if you want to know the mentality of SANE NORMAL people who conceal carry (not cray cray mofos that shoot up schools and shit) that site gives you an idea, she talks a lot about why SHE conceal carries
Yes. My grandpa takes me when I visit. I love it.
Takes me to the gun range I meant
I was given a shotgun as a birthday present when I was 10, so - yes. I tried to like hunting to make Dad happy, but I hated it and missed animals on purpose.
yup, there's good ole redneck in my family. Both me and my brother were shooting bb and pellet guns at a young age. I've also fired powder weapons. Not my thing honestly, but whatever.
RoxanneBlue: i hear you, i already told my husband if we had to hunt for food he'd have to do it, i'd cry.
No and I don't want to I am not a big gun person.
yeap my family is country we shoot at my uncles farm :}
Yes! kind of comes with the territory with the family business.
I've fired a shotgun and an air rifle before but we have strict gun control regulations here so we don't really have much opportunity to do so lol.
Many.. Pistols, Rifles, Shotguns... Hunting, Ranges, Skeet shooting, all the stuff! Being from Michigan and growing up with guns you get exposed to them pretty early
