Arg, I hate hiring people. The interview process sucks and the parade of enthusiastic but not right for the job sucks.
Yeah, it's really not a fun process for anyone involved.

I try to keep this in mind when I'm interviewing. The person hosting the interview isn't enjoying this anymore than I am. XD
