Oh man, that's like almost laceweight. Too tiny for me! Haha, I'm also a hooker (crochet), so, tiny yarn is hard.

and I very much prefer sock weight yarn over everything else, even for scarves & hats. I can't stand worsted weight or chunky; I hate working with it and don't particularly like how it looks.

JunoMantel: so true. Mine is natural, fine yarn.
The acrylic stuff I bought when I was learning is what I use to teach, but for projects to make & keep it seems like I"m always buying alpaca something (LOL)
