What's evil? I think evil is an idea. It can easily leads the traumatic effect of emotions to people. Such as anger, jealousy and emptiness. Most important thing is, human have no right to control it.
How about this,what is evil accomplish the good.
When the evil is relatively bigger than the good in a certain space-time.
The evil can accomplish the good in some moment. But, actually they accomplish each other. Further, I think evil and the good might had existed when human are trying to be conscious to them.
