i was thinking, to encourage people to participate, you could make the rewards either pick up a deck in the initiative per 20 OR choice card + crayon? idk

I'd be cool with extra rewards if you were, but one choice card and crayon for submitting 20 is kinda low. Maybe instead of OR a choice card every 20 is an added bonus?

I mean reaching 20 tends to take an.amount of time I'd say warrants some bonus goodies.
