DOES ANYONE KNOW how to have hover text over tet on dreamwidth? like another language, and have the translation be hovertext on it? i can't get the hang of it without making it a link

chrome has an addon for smallfont and textfont at least
that are just buttons
this one has bold, italic and strikethrough as standard, but you can put custom ones in
on my last 'puter I had this and a Gallifreyan font, I could do Gallifreyan with hover translations
