badly. My closest friend from middle school freshmen year of high school was state side this weekend, I totally didn't get my butt in gear to see her.

Aw! Not messed up if you had technical hurdles! There will be other times, better times, where it won't be a problem so you can enjoy the meet-up without stressing out over the getting back and the rest.
