I'm not like one of those super bitter people who make a big deal of protesting it, but I don't really think about it.

we've never made a big deal out of it. husb thinks of it as a "hallmark holiday". I know it really is but i would be fun to do something nice.

It's my mom's birthday, so I need to send her a gift. We don't make a huge deal other than giving each other cards. Perhaps I'll make fondue or a special dessert.
