Good morning! DDs computer (XP is what she knew b4) asked to do updates, as is frequent. Updated &now she has basic windows: no files/programs.
Any ideas? I don't know any computer repair people. Rural: no Best Buy or other store.
I may need it. DD took it to a local company. for analysis. We'll see.
