didn't wait long enough between food and meds so I've thrown up twice this morning.

once on the train, once in the blood work places waiting room

got my blood drawn, almost passed out

somehow I have to now get to the office D: I feel like I'm gonna die

this has been such a rough week. I'm not used to taking all these meds at once, now that I'm on a once a month rotation

I should be okay in a few minutes. it's not a long walk to the train to get to the office, and walking through the cold will help the hot flashes
