Umm this one took a little over an hour.

I sell my FFVI-sized ones for six bucks each.

$10 for an hour's work doesn't sound unreasonable

And those usually take a half hour or so.

And the others aren't even as good quality!!! I mean I don't think very highly of anything I do, but I very carefully iron my sprites so they look like pixels, not half-closed circles

Ignore them and charge what you know it's worth. Online sales are the hardest thing and I think that's why so many people undersell themselves on Etsy

even for me, I make maybe 2-3 online sales a month? And with storenvy's changes that'll go down to maybe 1.

But a few years ago it was more like 1-2 every few months.

I've talked to some other artists who should be making bank because of their popularity and they all say the same thing. It's just tough.
