the last time i had a migraine lasting longer than three days, it preceded a MASSIVE flare up of my MS, so this might be that

or it could be a bad reaction to the fact that i'm not on meds for the lyme rn and the bacteria is having a party in my brain. i don't know which it is

neither is a fun option, really, and if i go to the doctor they're going to want to do a billion mris and cts and i just do not want to deal

it's infuriating because i feel otherwise healthy. i've got this crippling pain and awful awful nausea, but nothing else is bothering me yet and i wish there was a pill i could take to make this better
