But otherwise, if you go to the comm, you can see the date they were posted.

derp I have kind of a dumb question

there's going to be four crews docked at Serenes on the date of this event. Is that going to ICly affect....any of it?

Well the ooc date of the event and the ic date of the event are different. So it's possible they won't be docked there

But there's not a set amount of ships or attackers so

other crews can have as many or as few as they want

Likewise on Serenes if for ex the Spades and the Straw Hats want to sign up, they can break off into two seperate groups and both qualify for a chance at a shard or w/e

so it's not necessary to be sailing to be attacked
