Every so often we'll have a group of guys come in to the store to order food

Not one single time have i seen such a group place a collective order.

They very frequently order the same god damn thing, and they slightly less frequently spot each other

But they never. Ever. EVER. Place just one order.

It's so fucking dumb and actually a real hassle for us because rather than entering in "three of this thing" we have to enter that thing three times and get paid for it three times

YOU ARE WEARING IDENTICAL PAINT-SPLOTCHED JUMPSUITS, NOBODY WHO SEES YOU ORDERING FOOD TOGETHER WILL THINK ANYTHING BESIDES "FRIENDS ON LUNCH BREAK"

Do you think it's a STRAIGHTSTRAIGHTSTRAIGHT thing, then?

The d&d guys usually do one order, I know that

I'm pretty sure it is, at least most of the time

Like, normally they all use cash, it's a different story if people use different payment methods from each other
