Have you tried the kiosks to unsubscribe from the RSS feeds?

do you mean like updates of body parts or updates like in news?

have to wear the correct update otherwise it will send you a new one everytime you relog once you save the updated one it will stop until theres another update

she updated all the hands and feet and body I think once since she updated them all with the update servers built in.
