so i had a migraine for 5 days three weeks ago, then i got sick, then i went on drugs for a week

the drugs hit me extra hard, my brain has been fuzz whatever

but now i'm nauseous every morning and my kidneys are hurting =___=

i'm guzzling water, it's not helping, guess who didn't do her safety labs last week THIS GIRL

i'm a dumbass, everything hurts, i feel like i'm going to puke up a baby
