They changed the chicken salad recipe at the store and now it has sour cream in it and all I want in this world is decent chicken salad why must it be so difficult I don't even want to eat anything else augh.

I so would. just to make chicken salad. it wasn't overly mayonaise-y and it had cranberries and honey roasted almonds in it. it was so good.
Nice! My fave is with the red grapes and walnuts.. low mayo, basic seasoning.
I'm just so lazy about making it.
