If you're after a specific plotline then yes, but otherwise I'd say just make a post in the IC comm indicating where the character is and what they're doing, then people can tag you.

There's also a plotting post that goes up near the beginning of each month, the mod posts it for us, so that might be a good place to look for people to tag.

The OOC comm is more for figuring out large, significant plotlines, not really for just asking who wants to tag, it's easier to just make a post for that!
