I think that was the first real panic attack I've ever really had. I attempted to take a shower and afterwards I was just in so much pain and exhausted, that when I opened the door
I could barely make it to the closest chair. I called out but no one answered me (still haven't really gotten my voice back) and I just couldn't breathe and I was just in tears.
I'm not sure if it was a real panic attack. But I panicked and it was a fast panic. I felt super alone. Luckily my mom heard me from outside and rushed in.
It's when your blood ends up all in your legs and not enough is reaching your brain so you could pass out, happens a lot when you have blood pressure issues hugs lay down and feel better x
ScarletCSkylaC I had this happen to me too! I thought I was going to pass out naked in my bathroom with my father in law and a contractor outside the door. -_- It always happens during chemo for me.
Basically the water is too hot and it causes your blood pressure to go wonky. Try lowering the temp as cool as you can. I had to freeze during chemo and I'm back at anew next week. Thanks for the reminder!
