left work early due to extreme pain... hoping more ibuprofen and maybe more sleep will help?? ? i really have no idea what will help at this point though
stupid tooth pain
My tooth pain went back to normal after my vacation ... As in usually non existent except on random days when it wants to act up like old ppl arthritis

I'm just so mad that all the Tylenol and ibuprofen in the world is effectively doing nothing :||||
idk what else to take
maybe some caffeine even tho hot stuff hurts my tooth
But so does cold stuff so
also i need to make myself some dinner for later to bring with me
