The fanservice level is my only issue

I'm halfway through episode 2 right now, and so far, I'm loving the way they're doing the fanservice.

... Have they actually revealed her real level of competence yet?

I know she /can/ be competent. She told them all about the peaceful resolutions she was trying with the nobles and stuff.
