i found the best pizza i've had in europe. it had ACTUAL pepperoni.

no i found my way. basically it all started because i was driving a rental that didnt have a swiss auto-route sticker, so i had to take backroads

I was by myself and the Norwegian guy (who always had a way of thinking more highly of me than reality) said 'well you can find your way back'

so instead of heading mostly south i went mostly west

through such metropolitan cities as Cartigny, Avully, Soral, Viry, Vers and Charly.

Yeah but the roads were all narrow and it gets remote pretty quickly...and I was driving a manual on the open road for the first time ever

I got stuck on a speed bump in Soral and was just like 'désolée ya'll'

wow what an adventure!

oh and the road to France in Avully was closed. THE ROAD TO FRANCE

at that point I just wanted out of Switzerland.

at least it was the French speaking part so I could mostly work my way through it.
