Old senior person at work half joked to me: "Not going to argue with a woman [about my personal opinion on the weather]. You're always right. What a waste of energy."
Not a big deal if it's a joke from a close friend, except we're not close and he's known to be sexist and old fashioned.
If he knew I'm not happy with his casual sexism he'll probably tell me to get a sense of humour.
I'm not even an unreasonable person. I didn't even actually "argue" about the weather. wtf?
He doesn't have anything intelligent to say back (however intelligent you can be about the weather), so if course he dismisses me through that. A woman's opinion lolol always right.
