the only main difference from the way things worked in R2 is that now there is a weekly cap of 15 spins (not coins) per person

so if your thirst is real enough you can turn in 15 5-coin spins per week if you have 75 coins

it just has to be unused, but it has to be unused and available to submit within like a 30-minute window of you taking the opt out

so like if you say "I'd like to opt out" you basically have to jet over to the post and submit it
