Just phone pictures for now, my old flatbed scanner is finally obsolete. Will need to find someone to bum off of.
I posted these on twitter too but eh, I rambled enough about them here to justify crossposting also I really like them.

Starting with my Abigail Hobbs by Dave Wachter. This is so fucking gorgeous in person. Like dang. That's some nice ink wash.

Buddy and Maxine Baker, Animal Man and Animal Girl, by Kelly Williams. He was totally pumped about the cat skull when we met up and I completely agree.

Sara Lance and Thea Queen from Arrow by Joey Weiser. We had a good laugh about CW's lace obsession.

Ahsoka Tano by Billy Fowler. This completely sold me on her adult design in Star Wars Rebels.

Duchess Satine by Amanda Boucher. Commissioned it there instead of ahead of time. Only full color one I got as well.

San from Princess Mononoke by Jake Wyatt. Another day of purchase.
It was really expensive, but I want to support Wyatt since he's doing original stuff online right now. I've loved his stuff for ages.
Also I was wearing my Johnny Wander "Sports Anime" shirt and he thought it was awesome. We had a conversation about Oofuri while we hashed out details.
We are now ending the Lisa Snart character shrine territory. I will love her dumb jerk face forever. Fuck you Mark Waid.

Day of art by Jen Hickman. This is so nice. It's ink and copic grey scale.

Advanced purchase from Robert Wilson IV. I love how differently everyone does her spooky ghost ribbons.

And the big ticket item. Ming Doyle's take. Enjoying the last year I can afford her stuff. It's been nice to see her professional profile grow every year.
In 2012 I got a headshot from her in the afternoon. Now she's doing stuff for DC and sells out a month ahead. Totally deserves her fame.
All the Lisas I got this year are her modern redesign by Francis Manapul. Was hoping to get a retro headshot from Doc Shaner but he sold all his weekend spots by noon Friday.
It was cool getting her new look since Manapul attended this year.
Ming Doyle said she hadn't read his Flash stuff but she fell in love with the design instantly and got to talk to Manapul about it when she ran into him in the hotel elevator.
And that was HeroesCon 2015!
My goal next year is so get a spot on Kevin Wada's list and get a Len and Lisa fashion look. I was a Flash villain fan before it was cool. I am willing to throw cold hard cash at people to prove it.
Oh my god this is all amazing??????
I can't even begin to imagine the kind of $$$ you dropped here but whatever it was, IT WAS WORTH IT
It wasn't that bad, around $750 plus some card fees and such.
The Heroescon organizers do a great job making sure the show itself is cheap to attend so all the money goes to creators.
So $750 sounds like a lot but food/parking/tickets were less than $50 in total.
It's a lot in theory but it doesn't feel like you overspent, not at all, because you got so much great art. I really am impressed, you really have this con DOWN.
Thanks! I have like, no hobbies and hate going out at night so I have neurotic planning and budgeting part of conventions in the bag.
