BTW, I figured out that Megaera can, in a pinch, escape with one person and the Core.
Reduce Person lowers someone's weight to 1/8th normal for (in her case) six minutes. That'd be around 20-30 pounds.
She could also escape with two people, but no core.

This is a less than ideal situation for Mitellux, she's a rogue she's not supposed to be the tank. (but okay amongst everybody else here she's easily the best choice for tanking)

IIRC from her app, the 3x a day limit mainly applies to summoning her cannon, not using it. This would've been two at the most; one to bring it during combat, one during the pre-mission briefing to show the-
-others her particular powers. If you're thinking of the rocket-jump, it's not a special move in itself; just something she can command the cannon to do in place of firing the normal shots.

As this point, there might not be a chance to. Her restrictable powers are pretty few, I think; only the cannon really applies. Everything else - the superhuman stuff - is innate.
Ironically, though, you ended up right. If we implemented the above handwave that she showed the cannon to her fellows, she actually is near her power limit, but she would need to desummon the cannon again.
