The night before I had a horrible dream of hearing my sister and mother being murdered through the phone

Felt helpless, and I woke up screaming

Then last night I kept hearing things, my high anxiety spikes at any moment

I need to see a doctor.

Oh, I read that on Twitter

That was awful

I'm so sorry you had to put up with that

I rarely dream. And these sleepless nights are killing me. It's one or the other, both aren't doing any good to me.
