I only slept for three and a half hours during mine, but it was enough to see what was going on with me. You'll know more when you have your follow-up appt. with the doctor.
I kind of wanted to do several nights in a row (even though I didn't sleep much). I think it would have done a little more pinpointing the issue, but I was happy with the information I did receive.
The night felt like torture...well, not like it doens't every night but it was even moreso with all the wires. My Scalp was sore due to the attachments. I cant wear anything in my hair because of the same reason
For me the leg wires were the most difficult part. I got them tangled when I did sleep, and the inability to move my legs was actually what woke me. But leg movement is part of my sleep issue.
I became conscious of my legs moving once..right before I was to fall deep into sleep. I don't think the legs are part of my issue but it should be interesting. And the wires tangling..yeah was a total bitch
If I didn't have appointments today I so would. I accidentally slept through one of my sons Appointments this Morning when I came home. I made sure to apologize. I never usually miss appointments
