Zoie: Yeah it's royal icing I whip up with meringue powder and gel colors!

I've found varying the amount of powder sugar will help stiffen up the recipe. I will see if I can find the chart I use.

Boo _ can't find it. It was a really diff ratio of the meringue powder to sugar that I normally used and it made way better frosting but I can't remember what the ratio was and can't find the chart
