it's fun seeing all these little local distilleries popping up. even some of the beer companies are getting into the game now. rogue makes all kinds of spirits now, including gin!

there are some really amazing and delicious boozes coming out of utah of all places. I have a bottle of beehive distillery gin that knocks my favorite (hendricks) to spot #2.
