I know tons of people like that but personally myself I could care less eating around anyone or what they think about how I eat

I think usually it a self esteem thing for people. Sometimes thinking someone will judge you based on what or how you eat. It's okay though! Hopefully someday you can overcome it.

I feel like I don't any sort of way that would be seen as weird. It's more like.. . I just don't like the feeling of being watched

Like example. If I'm at work alone, eating my dinner and then my boss stops in or a cowworker. I feel like I'd rather put my lunch

Away and eat it when they leave

Im the sameee way, I get super self-concious when I eat about what im eating and stuff. I hate itttt.
