Generally if something legitimately pisses me off I can list every reason why and everything done wrong that made me that way

But when I stew on it or think about it most times I find myself placing on the blame on myself

*all the blame

and sometimes I feel like yeah I get angry without needing to or that I was a bit out of line but that can't be the case every time can it?

Like today we got out of Epics and once again Michael didn't listen to what I said and made another document right after I announced that I had made it and kept bulldozing over people in the group, trying

to get a girl into our group that, in the end, didn't even want to work with us

and after class I mentioned it to Emily and she stopped me and was like "we need to stop stewing. you're getting upset for no reason. If it's really bothering you then talk to him"

and for one thing, it's not something that I think needs to be addressed one on one at this point but literally every time we come out of epics emily has complained to me about michael

but the way she talked to me today made me seem unreasonable and like I was being purposefully hard to work with and maybe I'm reading too much into it but it really struck a nerve

I mean, that's the most recent example but more and more I'm having a hard time blaming other people even when, at the time, they really hurt me.

This Michael person sounds like an ass and I'm on your side. He's being ridiculous towards you and if he's not listening to you that's more than enough reason to be angry with him

I think that no matter what group you're in there's always going to be that one person and Michael sounds like that guy. May I suggest a gladiator match?
