Highly decorative art deco or art nouveau etchings and design, steam powered doors, vaults etc. And maybe for the rich refrigerated or cryogenic caskets/crypts.

I'm guessing there could be some neat clockwork doors, or even clock work moving shelving/opening up for more space for areas that carry multiple caskets in one plot of land to reduce bodies

taking up more surface area than they need...etc.

Hell, maybe the cemetery could be completely indoors with movig shelves, opening walls and floors that transform into other areas that change the racks/shelving with corpses on them
