Communication is important. I fond teaching statistics and computers, there are times one has to vary ones explanation. I would not hire this individual unless you are desperate.

the Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Iraqi, Vietnamese and assorted others..have to understand him. If his accent is half as bad as his grammar, the students would reject him
