My physics professor was kind enough to have a review day for our exam tomorrow and offer bonus points if a few people created and taught an exam-style review problem. Sweet, right?
Three people took the opportunity, two of whom are my friends. Bailey is in a wheelchair and Sally helped her by writing just the text on the board while Bailey taught it. No problem, right?
Some bitch behind me asked the professor if two people could get bonus points for one problem and said that was unfair. Bitch, Sally had her own problem to teach and she was being a good friend.
People can do nice things for their friends or strangers without expecting anything in return! I would've done it for no extra points to help a friend and save time overall for the class.
Who the hell makes a greedy and rude assumption like that when she didn't do any freaking work to earn extra points! Nothing is fair in life and even if Sally got a few bonus points, who cares?!
I know! She made shitty assumptions about two good people and I barely restrained myself to just a dirty look. The professor diffused her well and she actually got up and moved seats.
Luckily, because of the way the room is situated, the professor was standing near us so he wasn't blocking the board. She said it pretty quietly, so maybe 4 or 5 people heard her.
