My mom originally has a windows 7; She never got the notice; announcement;email etc etc etc for windows 10. She went to windows got the thing updated blah blah blah.. Problem is she hadn't been updating it - or

if it had it stopped. The version of windows 10 was aparently a trial - though to my knowledge windows 7 & 8{.1} were supposed to get the free upgrade to windows 10. We fixed one problem but I don't know how to

fix it so she has full access once again to windows 10 - mind you she downloaded from the windows site so why she didn't get the full Idk cuz it said nothing about it being a trial. Suggestions; idea's.. etc?

it was there. So I'm not sure at this point if she's boned - cuz i don't know if they are still offering the free windows 10 update? or if windows 7 was even included in the upgrade to 10 for free options?

here is the support page for it, maybe something will help: The "Get Windows 10" app doesn’t appear in Windows 7 or... I honestly don't have first hand experience, my computer has windows Vista, and we ancient users don't get it lol
