1. Her father passed away last week and the funeral is tomorrow. She was very close to him despite a troubling childhood with him (alcohol related)

2. She has had an extremely rough life (raped and a kidney transplant for example) and is very insecure. She needs lots of friends and support at the funeral BUT

most of her co-workers are not Catholic and she is very afraid few people will show up due to the length of Mass and/or because of Mass. (a lot of misconceptions on what we do and why we do it)

Pls pray that this beautiful person will receive the support she deserves in her time of grief.

Oh man, the LONGEST funeral I have ever been to was at a funeral home, and it was long winded relatives telling stories that made it long, mass is NBD really comparatively, Lord bless her!
