anyway, chili is started, ham is in the oven, beef roast is being preped, have hard boiled eggs going, for deviled eggs, and just got the cranberries started.

Thanks guys, it is weird how much you can miss people, on here sometimes. I often just lurk on plurk, and only post a few things a day, but it is still nice to see what everyone is up to.

I am so confused by when this Canadian Thanksgiving is. I had someone message me happy thanksgiving on Saturday & Sunday and now I see posts about it today. Do you guys just take the whole long weekend?

the second monday of october is the actual holiday, but we treat is as a long weekend

a lot of people take the friday off too, to make it 4 days, they will just tack on one of their yearlies.
