I don't think you have food poisoning, all your symptoms and signs show weakening of the stomach liner. It might from prolonged taken too much Aspirin

get some pepto bismol, take it before or after meal for at least few months

...I had 豆腐花 and 蒸蘿白糕...the result was so severe...it took my intestine lining along with it and I cannot eat anything...
