I'm gonna talk to my professor and if he says I'm doomed, I'll keep coming to class and ask my family to cancel their travel plans. It's past the drop deadline too.

If for some reason it doesn't work out, then it will next semester. It sucks, but graduating in May usually means more job openings than December.... (trying for a positive spin)

I always told my kids "don't borrow trouble" - I'm sure the prof will do all he can to help you pass the class. They don't want failures either.
