I think part of it is that I hate being micromanaged and another is that I already have planned what I want to try to get done

I should just not say anything anymore but it always makes me look really dramatic or under prepared.

maybe suggest you all make your own goals and then share with the group so if something needs to be added or changed you can all have an input, but you ultimately decide your own tasks? idk man
