Yes, chicken cheesteaks are a thing. But if you say you're serving them on "sub rolls" you have no idea WTF you're talking about. Hoagie rolls, people. Hoagie rolls!

Ain't no such thing as a cheesesteak served on a "sub" roll. If you don't know the word, how can you know the food?!

If you want to claim you're making a food that's a specialty of a particular city, know what it's called in that city.

Looking at recipes for cheesesteaks and chicken cheesesteaks written by people who have apparently never been to Philadelphia just makes me crazy. Even if the recipes are otherwise fairly valid.

And there's at least one that refers to it as a "Phillies sandwich." It's named after the city, not the baseball team, damnit!
