I love getting trained on something and then having to fight with the people handing out the work to do what I'm trained to do.

Yep. Even if it says I'm to get 2 of the new order types with every request, I get none.

My boss is now lining up to talk to the workflow boss. Since there are two of us being effected by this... silliness.
